Through a long-standing partnership with local leadership, Sawyerville Christmas Ministries has been a two-part ministry in Hale County during the month of December for many years. 

Baskets of Abundance

This direct ministry has been supporting cancer survivors, seniors, and those with special needs in Hale County since at least 2012. This December, laundry baskets full of things like non-perishable foods and electric blankets will be sponsored and delivered to downtown Greensboro where they will be passed out to recipients. Join us in stocking the pantries and warming the homes of 100 recipients by sponsoring one or more baskets at $125 each. Follow the link below to make a secure online donation. 

Sawyerville Christmas Party

You're invited! The Sawyerville Christmas party is held each December at Greensboro Elementary School as a chance for campers, students, staff, and their friends and families to come together in celebration of the season. This makes for an afternoon of great fun with games, singing, making Christmas cards, and more! This year, our Christmas party will be held on Saturday, December 16th in the gym at GES.
