Broadening Horizons

One of our goals is to broaden the horizons of participants and staff, and one way we work towards that goal is by offering a mentoring program for students at Greensboro High School.

Mentees are juniors and seniors. Mentees will:

• be paired with a young adult who will mentor them throughout the year.
• attend all Mentoring events including the meet and greet, workshops, and college campus visits.
• remain in close contact with their mentor throughout the school year.

Mentors are current high school graduates and young adults. Mentors will:

• be paired with a high school junior or senior.
• attend all Mentoring events and help facilitate or coordinate events when possible.
• remain in close contact with their mentee throughout the school year.
